  The development of this utility took many, many hours of work and 
patience. If you plan on modifying this mod to fit your needs, please
respect the work I have put into this by following these guidelines:

1) Please do not change the name of the mod, including the pak file name 
	and the Menu tab Title.
2) If you wish to make modifications, feel free to add new scripting but please 
	do NOT modify the current scripting. If there is an error in the
	scripting, please email MOSES@HOLYLANDCLAN.COM and notify me of 
	it.
3) Please do not publicly release your modifications. If you have added 
	content/scripting and you feel that your additions would be wel-
	comed or appreciated by the community, please email them to me 
	and I will consider releasing them in the next version. This will
	avoid confusion of having too many versions of this mod 
	circulating in the community. If I include your modifications, I 
	will be more than happy to give you FULL CREDIT in the readme.txt
	file and in the ABOUT menu.
4) This is a work in-progress. This means I am constantly looking for ways
	to improve this utility and I am very open to suggestions for 
	changes. If you modify the contents, please email me with your 
	modifications so they can be considered for the next release. You
	will be given FULL CREDIT for your changes.
5) Your use of this mod implies your consent to the above.
